mullet cop is an isometric mall sim / cozy / action game set inside megamall 4472-158.
you’ll encounter heroes and villains along the way — like the noble fred, alongside eddie, ms. parker, and delores — holding the line so shoppers can browse in bliss, 24/7.
but not everyone wants peace.
robogrannie and larry swanson are always scheming… and only the mall cops stand between order and total collapse.

managing mayhem
turn the knob. see what happens.
at the core of the game is the violence knob.
keeping peace isn’t easy — the knob is always creeping upward, like a ticking time bomb.
you can:
- reset it to keep things calm
- do nothing. it will rise slowly and increase tension
- crank it… and watch the mall spiral into chaos
not making a choice is making a choice, and twist changes how your run unfolds

getting started
first step — build your mall.
use the mall creation knobs to shape your layout.
PRO: larger malls can generate more income
CON: larger malls can take the cops longer to clear
once you’re ready:
- hit “new mall” to generate it
- or press play and jump straight in
your mall. your problem.

cozy chaos
peace never lasts.
shoppers and punks spawn at the start of each level.
when the violence knob is low:
- everything feels calm
- explore your mall
- look for lost items (usually a pink tote)
enjoy it while it lasts.

upgrades
make fred stronger. make the mall stranger.
upgrade both your mall and your heroes.
- buy shop & drop cards
- equip them to fred (and other heroes — coming soon)
- boost stats and change attack animations
every card plays differently — experiment and find your style.
you can also upgrade mall stats, but:
- every upgrade has a tradeoff
- hover to preview effects before committing
but where’s fred?
you don’t call security… until you need it.
you can’t deploy cops right away. cops unlock when violence reaches 5+
gray boxes = unavailable

once things escalate…
that’s when fred shows up.

win condition
the mall never closes.
this is a 24/7 experience.
climb the escalator as high as you can
bosses appear on floors: 5, 8, 13, 16, 21, 24… (just add an 8)
there’s no true lose condition.
if things go bad:
run out of money on a boss level = you may need to reset
non-boss levels = drop the violence knob back to zero and rebuild
the mall always gives you another shot.

the future runs on analog nostalgia.
nothing hits harder than a futuristic rock ballad.
music is central to mullet cop —
and future seasons will expand on this.
stock up on cassettes. you've been given notice.
